There has been an update to the Executive Order on Maximizing the Assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), released on February 2, 2021. FEMA has released additional guidance last week, which states that reimbursements for already approved non-congregate sheltering will be retroactive to the beginning of the pandemic or January 20, 2020.
